First Things First

Clarity is the foundation of all changes we seek to make and clarity doesn’t happen without a good helping of honesty. So even before you order your tests, or while you’re waiting for results complete these three sheets. The first is about your personal wellness goals. That one is pretty straightforward. The second is a food log- and this is the one people F up all the time. Listen, no one is going to see this. But for 24 hours write down everything you put in your mouth to eat or drink. EVERYTHING. No one is judging you (except you probably) but if you aren’t actually honest about what you’re eating throughout the day we can’t actually make any real lasting changes. So please don’t cheat yourself by suddenly becoming a new person because you have a food log to complete. The last sheet is food and drink inventory. This is your likes and dislikes and will help you put together a meal plan you’ll love and stick to. Bring these sheets with you to our group call. Click on each for the downloadable PDF version.
