It’s time to glow up… We often approach wellness backwards. We want the look, the smaller, more toned body, the clear skin. I get it. I want those things too! The problem is that we want them FIRST. This type of “glo.png

Well first, you can expect to have a life-changing experience. Expect to be challenged, and expect to grow because of it. In addition to these expectations I’ve created a 5 step program for us to move through in order to support you on your journey to overall health and wellness.

I Bet you feel better already.png

This ain’t that kind of program. Sure, weight loss may be your goal. We’ll hash that out in our first call together, and if it is- then we will use the scale as a tool to track our progress. But scales don’t run shit around here. You need to know that up front. Scroll for the five steps.

The best part about leveling up your life is that it can happen no matter where you are. Wherever you are there’s another level up and together we’ll get you there.

I’m already proud of you for taking the leap. So many people refuse to do even that. And now that you’re here I will NOT let you fail. Together we will work through these steps and improve your health. We do this by meeting you exactly where you are, creating plans designed for your level and to propel you forward.

SPEAKING OF LEVELS….

Let’s see where you’re at. Complete the program profile and evaluation. The profile is basic information about you. The evaluation is your honest assessment of where you are right now. We’ll do the evaluation again in three months as another way to track your journey and progress.

ONE MORE THING…

I’ve hidden performance bonuses throughout the program! Your performance bonuses are about progressing through the program it’s not tied not weight loss, or better blood test results, etc. So whenever you see the “claim your performance bonus” button click it!

Your first step is to do your blood work and food sensitivity testing. I personally recommend using InsideTracker for your blood work. You can choose to visit your local Quest Diagnostics Lab for the draw, or schedule a mobile blood draw and the phlebotomist will come to your home. If you have a doctor that does blood work or you can get blood work through other means, choose the DIY InsideTracker Plan in order to upload your results into the dashboard we will use to track your progress.

For best results I recommend purchasing the Ultimate Test and InnerAge 2.0

In order to tweak your fuel plan to perfection we need to know what you’re eating, and how your body is handling it. Track your food for a week. Logging everything you eat or drink. Do not change your diet or habits for this exercise. Do not worry about being judged (you won’t be). Honesty is the key to this program working for you. Be straight up, so that we can get straight up amazing results.

I prefer Everlywell’s Food Sensitivity Tests. They have two versions, and are also now being carried in select Walgreen’s and CVS’s in the Pharmacy department.

You are free to choose whichever testing company you’d like. All that is required is that you share your results with me.

The difference between the two tests is that the comprehensive version tests for reactivity against 204 different foods, the regular tests 96 foods. Either is sufficient for our purposes!

Here’s your homework. This will help us get a good read on what our objectives and targets should be, what foods to build your fuel plan around and bad habits we may need to build up extra defenses for. These worksheets are MANDATORY to complete BEFORE our first call. This will keep the call focused and productive.

Wellness Goals

Why did you join this program? What are your ideal outcomes? Use this worksheet as a guide, or upload your goals as a word document or pdf here when complete.

Health is Wealth Food Log

I highly recommend you start tracking your food from the moment you start the Health is Wealth program. Track for at least 7 consecutive days. This is important because we often eat differently on weekdays or workdays than we do on weekends and we need the ENTIRE picture. You don’t need to use this exact form, but be sure to upload your food log as a word document or PDF here when complete.

Food Inventory

The point isn’t to make you miserable. So we need to know what foods you like and dislike. We also need to know your temptations and cravings. Use this worksheet as a guide or upload your food inventory as a word document or pdf here when complete.

Daily Activity Overview

Everyday is not the same, so it’s likely we need to change the way you eat, and when you eat depending on your schedule and activity level.

Let’s schedule our one-on-one call. Make sure you have uploaded all the required forms. This call will take place After receiving your test results. Upload results and forms and at least seven (7) Days before our scheduled call. To allow for proper analysis and planning.
